munkipoos ickle mind ready type thingy game....for when u be bored

ok u will need......cigs......um ......and someone to visualize the cards or the letter of the alphabet or the number between 1 and 100(not 69 cos the first thing that comes into ur head is usually the right answer but if its 69 then u will just think thats too obvious or its u being perverted.......thats what i thought anyway)okay u can either get them to visualize the card face up inside their head or resting face up in nothing...so they dont have any distractions or use the tunnel trick......which personally i think is pants but there u go..............<BREATH>...........clear your mind however u want to do it i sometimes do it by breathing in through my nose and feeling that air inside my head taking hold of all the useless crap floating around inside then i breath out through my mouth to get rid of the thoughts.....incase anyone was wondering i failed english at school :)
along with most other things...tell u later

sometimes all u will have to do is blurt out the first thing that comes into ur head and itll turn out to be right which is nice...other times if ur doing it with someone who hasnt practiced any visualization and they keep getting like random thoughts about big macs and pubs then it can be difficult....

things to watch out for:
i find its easier to use number cards as in 1-10 not jack queen king
ok last nite i was doing this with my friends and they turned up some snags, like one was vizualising an ace of diamonds...and he wasnt doing a bad job so i got the ace and then i was searchign for a number...but due to my friend being a dizzy camp 70's freak then he just visualized this big huge diamond painted red sat in a field....which didnt help.........

another one was when he was doing 10 of spades and he vizualised an actual spade.....accompanied by an old man in a garden with a flat cap saying things like oooo arrr and being inbred and stuff

yeah i think ill shut up now...
