If anyone else has more info, it would be greatly appreciated.

The stuff listed here is basically coven traditions, as far as i had been told, most witches practice solitary and dont adhere to any one set of beliefs (look in the profiles at the amount of solitary eclectics). this is the way witches practised in the past, the tradition thing arrived with gardener in the 30s.(apart from family traditions, wihich is essentially parewnts teaching their kids about religoen)
its probably best to find your own path and use anyone elses beliefs for inspiration if you need it, there is no point in trying to follow somene elses path, you will never feel totally convinced.

I guess most people in the community do practice solitary, however i'm sure there are just as many who in the world who do belong to a coven of some kind.
I basically wanted to know what the differences are between denominations, out of interest rather than wanting to follow the ideas of others...I am trying to find my own path, be it solitary or otherwise, and believe that the more information I can gather, then all the better.

Hi Maisie...

It's interesting to find out about different traditions...& helps you learn about others paths & belief systems...which has to be a good thing!

I'm solitary too...& I'm happy that way, but I'd love to see how a coven works...how different traditions practice...maybe one day...!

blessings...
